UAV Conferences

Aims and objectives: During the round table, 30 master students of Aurel Vlaicu University of Arad, Faculty of Educational Sciences, Psychology and Social Sciences will discuss and work together to create an Initiative, referring to what role policy-makers, entrepreneurs, schools and NGOs can play in improving the entrepreneurship culture in Europe.
Initiative will include active contributions from participants stating the importance of mentors and role models in promoting youth entrepreneurship, the scope for inter-generational exchange between young entrepreneurs, labour market transformations and intrapreneurship – supporting entrepreneurship from within.
